Our Teen Programs

Our call to action

We are passionate about teens becoming mentally strong - now and into the future. We have developed our programs to meet the needs of teens today and for what's to come.

Do you wish your teen had a more balanced, stronger sense of self?

Have you noticed that your teen has difficulty understanding others?

Our team

We have applied a reflective and integrated approach to offer a half-day program and a four-week program. By holding up a mirror to our own experiences from childhood to adolescence to adulthood, and drawing on evidence-based wellbeing and developmental theories and strategies, our programs offer teens a pathway to thrive in life.
